It all started back in 2000...
I was just graduating High School and he had just gotten out of the Marines. We had never met each other even though we grew up in the same town our whole lives. The only thing we had in common was one mutual friend. I said to our mutual friend, "bring a friend out to dinner and I'll bring a friend out to dinner and we'll do a friendship double date". It was our local diner and in walked Kevin, LoVe at first sight!!! He was the most handsome guy I had ever seen. We didn't take our eyes off each other, not once the whole night. From that day forward we were inseparable. Some thought that we were too gung-ho, that we needed to slow down a bit, take our time and date other people as well... but we knew exactly what we wanted. We instantly became best friends, we had so much fun together, everything was new and exciting and it all fell together so perfectly. July of 2002 he proposed to me on my birthday at the peak of a beautiful serene mountain, and in April of 2003 we became one as Husband & Wife... and to this day this man is my forever best friend and my eternal soul mate.
